Meet Our Leaders

Kimberly is the CEO of Ratcliff Community Base Organization. She is also CEO of Ratcliff Premium Meats, where she and her family members produce high-quality grass-fed beef raised on Caney Creek Ranch, a family-owned and operated ranch in East Texas. Kimberly also holds leadership positions and board appointments in numerous local, statewide, and national organizations focusing on key issues related to ranching and agriculture.

Gwendolyn brings over four decades of experience in operations, finance and human capital to Ratcliff CBO. Her unique skillset combines extensive expertise in both the operational and human side of organization management, making her an invaluable asset in accomplishing Ratcliff CBO’s ambitious goals. As a 5th generation rancher with a cow/calve operation, Gwendolyn has a deep rooted passion for bridging the gap between traditional and innovation
